―Two cats were sitting in the stands side by side in the sports stadium. They were Sherry and Pina. It was still morning. Bronx was not there.―
"Doesn't Bronx sometimes come to the sports stadium?" Pina asked.
"He usually comes here during the morning."
"Where else can I see him?"
"Besides the sports stadium, you can see him in the veterinary science building. His keeper is a professor of the veterinary science."
"Great."
―It was the lunch break. Sherry was in Rickey's office. Pina went back. Sherry was lying on the sofa after his meal.―
"How should I invite her?" Rickey said at his desk.
It seems that he hasn't invited Bellini yet.
"How about a concert? For example classical music."
You are not interested in classical music, Rickey.
"Or for a drive."
You don't have a driver's license.
"Let me see, dinner is best."
That is probably the best.
"I should make a reservation."
Before that, you should invite her.

「午前中のこの時間はたいていいるはずなんだ。」
「usually」は「たいてい」という意味です。
「いつでも」という意味では「always」が使われます。
「sometimes」は「時々」という意味で、もう少し頻度があると「often」を使うこともできます。
「often」は、「よく」や「たびたび」という意味です。
また、「全くない」という意味では「never」が使われます。「never」よりも少しだけ頻度がある場合は「seldom」を使うこともできます。
「seldom」には「ほとんどない」という意味があります。
同じ意味では「hardly ever」も使うことができます。
ただし、これらは判断をするときによって順番が変わる場合があります。
たとえば、「often」と「sometimes」や、「often」と「usually」が同じように扱われる場合があります。

Where can I 〜？ で「どこで〜ができますか？」という意味で使うことができます。
「〜」には動詞がきます。

「ブロンクスには他にどこで会えるの？」
「else」は「そのほかに」という意味があり、副詞として使われます。
「where」の後におくと「その他の場所」という意味になりますし、「what」の後におくと「その他の何か」という意味になります。
