7. have to ( objectiveness)
"Have to" is not the modal auxiliary verb. For example, this is used with the modal auxiliary verb like "will have to." But it is close to it. It has two meanings which are similar to "must."

(1)
a. Obligation ( objective meaning)
b. Necessity ( objectiveness - subjective meaning)

If these and those of "must" are compared, these have objective and those have subjective.

This past tense is "had to", it can express these past meaning as it is. It is also used as the past tense of "must."
